A focused five-session coaching experience, designed to move you from mental stuckness into clarity, trust, action, and reflection.
The work is offered as a five-session coaching experience, conducted online. It moves through the full Believe. Trust. Build. method with you — from seeing clearly, to questioning what feels fixed, to acting in the present and reflecting with honesty.
It is not a quick fix and it is not a program to be marched through. It is a structure to hold the conversation while you do the real work of moving forward.
A spiritually grounded, present-focused coaching journey that begins from exactly where you are.
The work I offer is, first and foremost, coaching. Coaching is the practice of helping you find your own answers — through awareness, honest questions, structure, and accountability. The coach doesn't have to have walked your path; the premise is that you know more than you think you do, and the coach's job is to draw it out.
Because of how this work came to be — through my own lived experience of becoming stuck and finding the way forward — there is also a mentoring dimension. A mentor has walked a path, and shares it. So alongside the coaching, I bring what I have learned the long way: about willingness, about trust, about beginning again. Mentoring shows up not as advice on what you should do with your life — that stays your call — but as the lived ground beneath the work, drawn on when it genuinely serves you.
The coaching posture stays primary. The mentoring is what's underneath it.
Each session leans into one step of the method. This is a natural rhythm, not a rigid syllabus — every session still touches more than one step, and your readiness, not the session number, sets the pace.
We look at what's actually happening — not the story you've been telling yourself about it, but the real thing underneath.
You leave with clarity on what's driving the pattern.
We examine the beliefs that feel fixed or permanent — and test whether they actually are. Change begins with a crack in the certainty.
You leave with at least one thing that no longer feels quite so stuck.
We work on moving without needing a guarantee. Not blind faith — grounded willingness to take the next step without the whole answer.
You leave willing to act before you feel fully ready.
We turn everything we've uncovered into a single, concrete action. Not a plan. One present-tense move you can actually make.
You leave with a specific next step — and the intention to take it.
We review what shifted, what you learned, and what you want to carry forward. Honest without being harsh. Clear without being rushed.
You leave knowing what changed — and what comes next.
The five-session experience is complete in itself. For clients who want to continue the work, two simple options are available.
A single coaching session, anytime, for an occasional realignment or to work through a specific moment. No commitment.
A second pass through the full method with a new focus, for past clients who want to continue the work in depth.
This experience is for thoughtful people who feel stuck in their own head and are ready for something to change — people willing to begin from exactly where they are.
You do not need to be ready in the sense of having it all figured out. You only need to be willing. The work meets you there, with zero judgment and a safe space to begin.
No. This is coaching — and there's an important difference. Therapy explores the past and works through psychological diagnosis and treatment. Coaching works in the present: it helps you see clearly, question what's holding you back, and take action now. If you're working through something clinical, please work with a licensed therapist. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they're not the same thing.
People who overthink, who feel stuck in their own heads, who know something needs to change but can't seem to start. People rebuilding after a hard season. People who want a calmer, simpler way to live — and who are willing to do real work to get there. If you read the homepage and felt seen, this is probably for you.
That's exactly what the Clarity Call is for. It's free, it's 30 minutes, and there's no pressure to commit at the end. We talk about where you are, I explain how I work, and we both decide whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll say so honestly. Book one and find out.
Weekly is the ideal pace — it keeps the work moving and builds momentum between sessions. That said, life happens. The five sessions are held over five to eight weeks, which gives a little flexibility. What matters most is that the rhythm works for you so that you actually show up ready to do the work.
The five-session experience is designed to be complete in itself — you won't be left mid-process. For clients who want to continue, there's a drop-in option at $175 per session, or a five-session renewal at $700 for a second, deeper pass through the method. Details are above.
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays in our sessions. The only exception would be if I had reason to believe you were at serious risk of harm — in that case, I'd always talk with you first about how to get the right support.
Every engagement begins with a free, 30-minute Clarity Call — unhurried, no-pressure, and meant to do exactly what it says: bring some clarity to whether this work is right for you.
